Antiplagiarism Policy

SANUS Nursing Magazine to guarantee the originality of the articles, subjects all received manuscripts to a similarity review in the Ithenticate® software.

The percentage of similarity allowed corresponds to less than 20%.

If this percentage is exceeded, the article will be returned to the author, along with the report issued by the scanner. If it is sent again and the article repeats, said article will not be able to be published in our journal and will be definitively rejected.

During the editorial process, the manuscript will be subjected to at least three similarity checks: in the initial review, after peer evaluation, and in the final version prior to style correction. This may require additional verifications depending on the case of each article during the editorial process, but the percentage should remain as indicated at the beginning of this section.

Important: Those works that are the product of a thesis of any degree must indicate this explicitly in the manuscript, and the editorial committee will evaluate each case individually to determine definitive acceptance and/or rejection for publication in SANUS Revista de Enfermería, in relationship with the percentage of similarity, other criteria in the quality and relevance of the contribution to the discipline.
